We're partnering with an industry-leading founder-CEO to hire a PA-forward EA/PA hybrid for the Office of the CEO at an exciting start?up in SF . This role leans heavily toward personal support , with direct impact on the CEOs fast, global schedule. Youll join a tight?knit, collaborative admin team and operate as a trusted, high?judgment extension of the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is forward?thinking , thrives in a fast?paced environment , and ideally has a strong San?Francisco network . Experience in a family office or UHNW support setting is a major plus.
Youll manage high?stakes personal logistics for a CEO with a rapid, global cadence , where efficient personal coordination keeps the business running smoothly. The right candidate is mature, anticipatory, solutions?driven, and unfazed by shifting plans.
Must work seamlessly with the CEO, EA, and AA knowing when to own something and when to elevate.
